How to Return or Refund an Amazon Item?
To return an Amazon item purchased through Bitoff, you can follow the prompts in this video or the steps below. If the item you received is damaged or incorrect, request a return label from Amazon.
Click on "Return Items" on the order detail page.
Request a return label
Pack the item securely in its original packaging or a sturdy box with packing materials.
Include any necessary paperwork.
Attach the return label to the package.
Ship the return based on the the return shipping option you selected.
Remember to keep a copy of the return label generated by Amazon. This will help resolve any issues with your return more quickly.

If your gift return is authorized, Amazon or the Amazon Merchant will process your refund as an Amazon Gift Card. The Gift Card will be added to the account you used to generate your return from the Online Returns Center. Once the refund is processed, Amazon will send you a confirmation email.
If you're an Earner processing the refund, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used to complete the purchase. All Amazon refunds are subject to Amazon's refund policies outlined in About Refunds.
