Release Request Button in Bitoff

At Bitoff, we are constantly working to enhance user experiences and simplify financial processes. To achieve this, we are excited to introduce a new feature called the Release Request Button. This feature allows earners to request the release of funds from shoppers once they are confident that the order has been delivered successfully.

How Does This Feature Work?

When an earner claims that the order has been delivered to the shopper but hasn't received the payment, they can use the Release Request Button. To ensure transparency and accuracy, the earner must also provide and upload proof of delivery.

Steps to Submit a Release Request As an Earner:

1. Create Proof of Delivery:

The earner needs to record a short video showing the delivery of the order. The video should clearly demonstrate that the goods have been received successfully.

2. Upload the Video:

The video should be uploaded to one of the approved platforms. A list of these platforms is available on modal.

3. Share the Video Link:

After uploading the video, the earner should copy the video’s URL and paste it.

4. Submit the Request:

By pressing the **Submit **button, the request is sent to the shopper, who will review and validate the proof of delivery within 48H.

Steps to Review a Release Request As a Shopper:

1. Get a notification on order with release request:

You will receive a notification alerting you that an earner has submitted a release request for a specific order.

2. Filter the orders with release request:

On my order page, filter the orders to display only those that have an active release request, making it easier for you to focus on them.

3. Open and review the Video Link:

Click on the provided video link to watch the proof of delivery submitted by the earner. Ensure that the video clearly shows the order being successfully delivered.

4. Take the nesserury action within 48H: Based on your review, approve or deny (collaboration with Admin) the release request. Make sure to take action within 48 hours to maintain the process flow.
