Have you asked your Earner? It can be possible for them to forget entering the tracking ID or sending you the Amazon shipping URL.
But if you asked and waited for 48 hours and the Earner didn't respond or didn't enter the tracking ID, Ask Bitoff Support, we will follow up the Earner to do it. In case the Earner didn't cooperate, Shopper can ask Bitoff Support to cancel the order.

No matter if the order is on its way or not, the order gets canceled.
