Sometimes it may happen to both Shoppers and Earners:

If you are a Shopper, you may search on Amazon and find other sellers of the same product, and if it isn’t available, you have to wait until it is available on Amazon again.

If you are an Earner, you need to let the Shopper know about it. Usually, some other Amazon sellers have the exact product; with the Bitoff support team, you can change the product's URL.
If it isn’t the solution, the order goes pending for two days in order to make sure if the item is available again or not; if it’s not, you can cancel the order on Bitoff.
