What if earner doesn't enter the tracking code?

If the Earner doesn't enter the tracking code for your order, the first step is to communicate with the Earner and ask them to provide the tracking information. If you cannot reach an agreement with the Earner or they fail to respond, you can contact Bitoff's support team for assistance.

Our support team will follow up with the Earner to ensure the tracking number is added.

However, if the Earner continues to be unresponsive, the order will be canceled on Bitoff. This applies even if the Earner has already purchased the item on Amazon and the package is in transit.
