Shoppers need to ask the Earner first, but if they didn't agree on the terms, the shopper can contact the Bitoff support team.
We will follow up the Earner to add the tracking code, but if the Earner didn't respond, the order gets cancel on Bitoff, even if the Earner purchased the item on Amazon already and the package is on its way!

There is also another solution:
If the shoppers have their Order Id and their items proceeded in one package, Shoppers can add their order id at the end of this link below to be aware of their shopping step's details.
