Shoppers need to ask the Earner first, but if they didn't agree on the terms, the shopper can contact Bitoff’s support team.
We will follow up with Earner to add the tracking number, but if Earner didn't respond, the order gets cancelled on Bitoff. Even if Earner purchased the item on Amazon already and the package is on its way!

If shoppers have their Order Id and their items proceeded in one package, Shoppers can add their order id at the end of this link below to find out their shopping status.
