To become an Earner in Bitoff, you can follow these steps:

Navigate to the "Earn" page on your profile. This page is where all the available orders for Earners are listed. On the Earn page, you will find a list of orders placed by Shoppers. You can choose to filter the orders based on the currency of your choice.

To pick up an order, simply click on the "Buy Now" button associated with the desired order. This indicates your intention to fulfill the order using your own Amazon gift cards, and in return, you will receive the equivalent amount in bitcoin or tether.

Simply click on the "Accept order" button to indicate your willingness to fulfill the order. Once you accept an order on Bitoff, you have a time limit of 1 hour to complete the purchase. During this time, you can proceed with buying the selected order or individual items from the same list on Amazon. If you encounter any questions or issues during the process, feel free to reach out to the Shopper or contact the Bitoff support team for assistance.

Why Was My Account Banned?

Account bans on Bitoff can occur for various reasons, such as violating our policies or engaging in fraudulent activities. It's important to maintain a good rating and adhere to the platform's guidelines to avoid any issues.

Please refrain from exchanging contact information with other users, as it is strictly prohibited for safety reasons. We enforce this rule to ensure a secure and positive user experience for everyone on Bitoff.

Other Reasons for Account Suspension:

In addition to the mentioned reasons, there are several other behaviors that we consider as misuse of the Bitoff system. Our goal is to maintain a safe community for all users and prevent any negative impacts, including:

Excessive order cancellations
Failure to provide order IDs or tracking information repeatedly
Frequent cancellations of orders on Amazon
Incomplete purchases or transactions
Abuse of the refund process
Harassment or inappropriate behavior

Bitoff fees depend on the Shopper's discount percentage.

For both shoppers and earners require payment of Bitoff fees.

At Bitoff, we prioritize helping you save while keeping our fees minimal and straightforward. Our fees are typically low and based on the discount you choose. On average, the fee for shoppers is around 3% to 4%, ensuring you benefit from significant savings with only a small contribution towards maintaining our high-quality services. For higher discount percentages, the fee for shoppers increases slightly, but it always remains a small fraction of your overall savings.

For earners, the average fee also remains competitive, typically ranging between 2% to 3%, depending on the discount applied. At lower discount percentages, earners may experience a slight increase in fees, but it still ensures a fair balance.

By keeping fees minimal, Bitoff ensures that you always get the most value, allowing both shoppers and earners to benefit without worrying about high costs.

Taxes and Fees:

Delivery areas may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees depending on the city/country. Bitoff and Amazon or eBay and other stores do not have control over these charges.

I want to make a purchase, what steps should I follow?

As a Shopper, you can use bitcoin or tether to make purchases on all online stores available on Bitoff. Here is a step-by-step guide on how to buy a product, specifically on Amazon (but the process is similar for other online stores):

1- First, find the desired product by using the Bitoff search toolbar or by pasting the exact Amazon product URL to place an order:

2- Add the product to your cart and check the final price. Then proceed to the checkout.

3- During the checkout process, provide the address where you want to receive your order.

4- Review the order details and make sure to adjust the discount based on your limitation level. Also, check if your delivery address is subject to any additional taxes.

Why we recommend using the Wishlist button?

To purchase the orders, you can click on either of two buttons. To avoid facing any issues, we set the blue button as the default since there is a chance to hit some issues while purchasing an order as a gift on Amazon with the other button.

If you use the button: Purchase Item, one of two issues might occur:

Missing items on the purchase order list
Unable to see the shopper's address in the checkout

What is Bitoff's limitation level?

As part of Bitoff's trading experience, we provide both Shoppers and Earners with limitations, so they have the same chance to trade. Shoppers cannot have all their orders on earn-lists (other shoppers cannot list their order in the order list if they do this), and Earners cannot purchase all orders.

Limitations for shoppers:

In addition to a limit on the discount percentage and the number of concurrent orders, shoppers with higher feedback scores can have a maximum number of simultaneous orders while in the “waiting for Earner” status.
