Bulk Order Placement Feature

We are excited to introduce a new feature that allows users to place bulk orders efficiently and seamlessly. Instead of adding products one by one, users can now submit multiple orders at once using a simple CSV file upload.

How It Works

Download the CSV Template

Users will first need to download a pre-formatted CSV template from the platform.

This file contains predefined columns where users will input necessary order details.
Fill in the Required Information

Users should populate the CSV file with the relevant order details. Below is a breakdown of the columns and what each one represents:

Column A: ASIN

The ASIN (Amazon Standard Identification Number) uniquely identifies the product. Users must enter the correct ASIN for each product they wish to order.

Column B: Quantity

This represents the number of units for each product in the order. Users must specify the quantity of each item they want to purchase.

Column C: Discount

The discount column shows the discount value applied to the order. This could be a percentage or a fixed discount, depending on your system's rules.

Column D: Currency

The currency column lists the payment method, like btc for bitcoin or usdt for tether, using only lowercase letters and no capitals.

Column E: Address ID

This column contains the address ID associated with the order. It represents the delivery address where the products will be shipped.

Column F: Group Order

The group_order column shows whether the order is part of a group. To add multiple items to the same cart, use the same group order number for each item..

Column G: Wishlist

The wishlist column allows you to specify the order placement method. If the item is being added as a normal order, the value should be "false". If the item is being added as a wishlist order, you should enter "true". ( If you leave the column blank, the order will be placed through the wishlist. )

Upload the Completed CSV File

Once all necessary details are filled in, users upload the completed CSV file back to the system.
Automated Order Processing

After the upload, our system automatically processes the orders based on the provided data.

The system creates separate orders for each entry and ensures that they are correctly registered for fulfillment.

Benefits of This Feature

Saves Time – No need to manually enter orders one by one.
Effortless Management – Easily handle large quantities of orders in one step.
Error Reduction – Structured input minimizes manual entry mistakes.

This feature is designed to simplify bulk order placement, making it more efficient for businesses and individuals who frequently place multiple orders.

Start using bulk ordering today and streamline your order management process! 🚀
