There are two possibilities, whether it was the Earner mistake or Amazon mistake:

If the Earner has mistaken, you need to ask the Earner to cancel the order, or you may request Bitoff Support to delete the order for you.; in this case, the Earner shall receive no bitcoin in return.
For a better experience, before receiving your parcel, it is better to ask your Earner for a screenshot of your purchased products. You can also check the tracking ID or Order page URL to make sure your products have been purchased correctly.

There might be a possibility to return the wrong product based on Amazon return policy.

If the Amazon has mistaken, you must follow the return steps on Amazon and return your product. Confirm the delivery so Earner can receive his/her bitcoin.
