What should I do if my tracking ID shows that my package may be lost?

If your tracking ID shows that “your package may be lost”, the Earner should contact the website's customer service to confirm if the package is actually lost. If the package has been lost, the Earner should refund the money from the website.

Meanwhile, the Shopper should contact Bitoff support to cancel the order on Bitoff.

If the Shopper insists on receiving the same item, the Earner should repurchase the item from Amazon after the refund. However, if the Earner does not agree to repurchase, the Shopper cancels the order with support, then should place another order on Bitoff and wait for another Earner to fulfill the order.
