The Bitcoin / Tether hasn't released, why?

If you are an Earner and your Bitcoin or Tether payment has not been released, there may be a few reasons why. One possibility is that the Shopper has not confirmed the delivery. In this case, you should reach out to the Shopper and ask them to confirm the delivery. If they do not respond, you should wait for 48 hours before taking further action.

If the Shopper still does not confirm the delivery after 48 hours, you should contact Bitoff support. They will follow up with the Shopper and try to resolve the issue. If the Shopper does not respond or cooperate, you can request that Bitoff support release the payment to your wallet.
