The Tracking ID shows: Delivered, but I didn't get anything! Why?

If the tracking ID shows "delivered," but you didn't receive anything, there are several steps you can take:

First, double-check the address you provided to ensure it was correct.

Next, check around your property, including your garage and with your neighbors. If you still can't locate the package, contact Amazon support or your local post office to try and locate it. Also, make sure to confirm the delivery on Bitoff.

If the Shopper entered the wrong address in Bitoff, the shopper is responsible for the mistake, and the Earner must receive his/her Bitcoin or Tether regardless. The Shopper must confirm delivery.

If the Earner entered the wrong address on Amazon, they should work with the Shopper to find a solution. The Earner can either purchase the items again or try to redirect the package to the correct address if possible. If an agreement cannot be reached, the Shopper can request Bitoff Support to cancel the order.

Finally, there is a chance that Amazon mistakenly delivered the package to the wrong address. In this case, the Earner may be eligible for a refund from Amazon, and the Shopper can request Bitoff Support to cancel the order.
