The Earner should check it with Amazon's customer service to make sure if the package is lost or not. If it has been lost, Earner should refund their money from Amazon. The Shopper needs to ask Bitoff support to cancel the order in Bitoff.

In case the Shopper insists on having the same item after Earner refunds his/her money from amazon, the Earner should buy the thing one more time from Amazon.

If Earner doesn't accept, Shopper should place another order on Bitoff, and another earner soon will fulfill the order.
