Can I change my package after it has been purchased?

If the Earner agrees, it is possible to make changes to your order. However, this can only be done if the package has not been shipped yet. In this case, the Earner can cancel or edit the order on Amazon by contacting their customer support team. Please note that Bitoff support cannot change purchased items on behalf of the Shopper or Earner, unless both parties have reached an agreement.
This policy applies to all online stores on Bitoff, including BestBuy, Walmart, and others.

Please also note that Shoppers cannot change the discount percentage of the order once the Earner has accepted it.
