I want to change my order, but an earner accepted it, what can I do?

f you want to change your order after an earner has already accepted it, you should contact the earner as soon as possible and request that they stop the purchase process. It's important to act fast since earners usually fulfill orders on Amazon within an hour of accepting them. Depending on the agreements you made with the earner, you may be able to cancel or modify the order.


If the order has already been placed but hasn't shipped yet, you can ask the earner to cancel it on both Amazon and Bitoff platforms.

Note that shoppers cannot change the discount percentage once an earner has accepted the order.
