How can I cancel my purchased package?

Cancellation of a purchased package depends on the agreement between the Shopper and the Earner. If the package has not yet been shipped and the Earner agrees to cancel the order on Amazon, you can proceed with the cancellation. However, if the Earner does not accept the cancellation request or if the package has already been shipped, the cancellation may not be possible.

It is important for the Shopper and the Earner to communicate and reach an agreement regarding the cancellation. Bitoff Support does not have the authority to cancel the order on behalf of the Shopper or Earner.
