This situation may occur when the Earner hasn't entered the tracking code and did not respond to the both Shopper and Bitoff support team. So the order goes cancel on the Bitoff but remains on the Amazon website. Therefore, the order delivers by amazon while it has been canceled on the Bitoff platform.

If you are the Shopper, you may want to transfer the bitcoin for Earner, so let the Bitoff Support and the Earner know about it.

If you are the Earner, Shopper may or may not transfer the bitcoin in your wallet, since the order got canceled and you didn't respond to the follow-ups before, but you may ask the Shopper for a favor. By the way, it's the consequence of your failure in adding the tracking ID.
