The Shopper hasn't confirmed the delivery, what should I do?

If the Shopper is not responding to the Earner's requests for confirmation or is unavailable for any reason, the Earner can contact Bitoff Support to intervene and resolve the issue.

Bitoff Support can try to contact the Shopper and request confirmation of the delivery, and if unsuccessful, may release the funds to the Earner after a reasonable period of time has elapsed.
It is important for both the Shopper and the Earner to communicate and resolve any issues promptly to ensure a smooth transaction.
