What should I do if the Earner did not provide the tracking ID?
If you have not received the tracking ID from the Earner, you should first reach out and ask for it. It is possible that the Earner simply forgot to enter or send it to you.
If you have already asked for the tracking ID and waited for 48 hours without receiving a response or the Earner did not provide the tracking ID, you can contact Bitoff Support. We will follow up with the Earner to ensure that they enter and provide you with the tracking ID. If the Earner still does not cooperate or respond, you can request Bitoff Support to cancel the order.
Regardless of whether the order is already in transit or not, canceling the order is still an option.
