What is the reason I have not yet received my package?

If you haven't received your package yet, as a Shopper, there are a few steps you can take.

First, check the Tracking ID or the Order ID URL on Amazon to see the status of your package. If it is still in transit, it's important to have a little patience as delays can occur.

However, if there are any issues with the delivery, as discussed in other articles, you have a couple of options. You can either reach out to Amazon support directly for assistance or ask the Earner to help you follow up on the delivery status.
